CW Suter has been in Sioux City since 1926. In that time, we’ve developed a strong relationship with our community. Installing top-notch HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems, providing high quality equipment for commercial, industrial, and residential clients in the area. 100% Employee Owned
As of 2023, we completed the successful transfer of 100% ownership of our company to our employees via an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Through our ESOP, CW Suter employees share the pride and experience of building our powerhouse business. Our ESOP is an employee retirement plan where you’re gifted an account invested in CW Suter stock (a privately-held company). We fund the plan completely — you don’t put any of your own money into it. This is a way we can share the business with all of you as employee owners.
Being employee-owned doesn’t affect the way our company operates. Everyone still plays their part in the structure of the company. It just affects the stake our employees have in the company’s success. When the company does well, you get to share in that success through the stock in the ESOP.
