Heating: Furnaces, Boilers, Radiators & Mini Splits.

Having an efficient, working heating system is literally a matter of life and death in this frozen tundra we call Iowa. Whether your home uses a gas furnace (or an electric furnace!), a heat pump, a boiler, radiant heating system, mini-split or a combination of these, our technicians are trained and certified to handle troubleshooting and diagnosis, repair, replacement, and installation for all of it. We understand the importance of being able to trust that your heater is reliable and will keep you warm during those cold days and chilly nights. That’s where we come in. We’re dedicated to keeping you comfortable, keeping your home healthy and safe, and doing so without busting your budget.

Furnace Installation

Choosing a new furnace can be overwhelming, especially when you feel as though you’ve been pushed into the decision to replace by an unexpected failure. Even in the most well-planned furnace replacement scenario, there’s a lot to consider. We’re here to guide you through the process. Our experts will make sure that you’re armed with the information you need to choose the heating system best suited to you and your home.

Other Heating Installation

The gas furnace is indeed the most common way to heat Iowa homes, but it’s certainly not the only method. Rest assured that our HVAC technicians are just as skilled at geothermal heat pump, mini split, even garage heater installation.

No other system in your home will have a larger impact on your comfort – or the size of your utility bill – than your HVAC system.

Furnace Repair & Maintenance

We service and repair furnaces of all makes and models: whether it’s your annual fall check up or a middle-of-the-night emergency, CW Suter’s got you covered. We’re ready to make emergency repairs to your heater or install a completely new gas furnace, no matter what time of day or night. Or weekend. Or holiday. Twenty four hours a day, three hundred sixty five days a year: Service that suits you.

If any of these red flags are waving in your home, give us a call. We’ll have one of our expert technicians get down to the root of the problem. If you’re in the market for a new furnace, thermostat, or heat pump, we will help fit your home with the proper equipment.

Getting Started

Regardless of your “why” – whether your furnace is acting up or you’re looking for ways to make your home more efficient and planet-friendly – the first step is to get in touch with one of our Suter Heroes. Schedule your free home comfort assessment online or by telephone – or even by clicking the chat button on the bottom of the page! Our specifically trained HVAC expert will come armed with your home’s structural info. They will then gather information such as the number of windows, doors, and people who reside in your home. Factors such as climate and the size of your home are also important. Using cutting-edge software, our expert will perform the load evaluation calculation which will tell them the number of BTUs (British Thermal Units) needed to heat and cool your home. From there, CW Suter Services will help fit your home with the appropriate unit.

Furnace Warranty, Rebates, Registration

Have you ever tried to submit a warranty claim on a small appliance, only to find that you forgot to fill out and send in that little registration card? Or found out that you’re disqualified from receiving a rebate because you didn’t mail in the correct label? Have you ever made a purchase and then thrown up your hands in frustration because it seems like your paperwork has paperwork?

The good news is that CW Suter handles ALL the paperwork for you. Not only that, but we also make sure that you get all of the rebates that you qualify for and that your equipment is properly registered. Because your new equipment is properly registered, your investment is backed by the manufacturer warranty from the moment we have it installed. How awesome is that?

Investing in a new furnace shouldn’t be a stressful experience. We’re committed to taking care of our customers for the long haul. When you purchase equipment through Suter, we pick up where the manufacturer warranty leaves off. For example, for the SLP98V High Efficiency Furnace, Lennox offers a 10 year limited warranty on components, including the compressor. That’s a pretty robust warranty, although covering the cost of labor can still be a painful expense. That’s why we extend the coverage to include labor for the life of that warranty – 10 years. If you go with any other Lennox dealer, you may be getting the short end of the warranty stick.

Financing is available. Contact us online or by telephone to find out what options are available for you!

As a Lennox Dealer, we offer our customers the latest in comfort technology.

Every home is different, and every family has their own comfort sweet spot. We’re committed to helping you choose the heating equipment that’s right for you. Our Home Comfort Assessment is designed to find the best solution to fit your needs and your budget.  Schedule an appointment with one of our HVAC experts to have your assessment completed – for free, and without obligation.
